Clowns Without Borders will be performing our new show, "Siyasabenza!", at the
Drama For Life Festival in Johannesburg.
The festival, Sex Actually, is part of an ongoing programme to use the arts as a means of addressing issues in our communities due HIV/AIDS. This will be the second year in a row for Clowns Without Borders to participate in this wonderful event.
"Siyasebenza!" is a rip-roaring physical comedy about work and relationships in South African daily life turning our everyday struggles and triumphs upside-down.
"Siyasebenza!” brings laughter to a fever pitch while playing through themes of HIV/AIDS, poverty, xenophobia, gender, and violence to simultaneously entertain and provoke audiences of all ages.
We will be at the following venues in Johanneburg:
21 Aug, 13:00 - Soweto Kliptown Youth Centre
23 Aug, 08:30 - Goethe Institute
23 Aug, 15:30 - Hillbrow Theatre
